Big L's Put It On embodied how was Hip Hop in 1995 so much that this jacket, the (amusing coincidence) fact that the track's title could go with a "what am I wearing today?" topic just clicked to me. Helly Hansen jackets were huge in Hip Hop back then, and this particular style is one of the 2 that Big L is wearing in his video.
The song itself will never grow old and I really wanted to put my 2 cents in it.
