Hi,
My name is Franck Carteron, head of Shades of Blue Prints. If you are reading this you most certainly love music as much as I do, and maybe, just like I did, you were thinking that visuals are important, and those in relation to your favorites didn't show that much variety.
Of course, this doesn't apply to all labels and artists, and it's only fair to say that some really show talent in the visuals that accompany their sound. My idea was to convey illustrations to my favorite artists, in all genres even though I am more of an (indy) hip hop head.
My prints are all crafted in a Print House which opened 4 generations ago in my hometown of Lyon. My printer and her son take great care in providing the best papers, ink, cut to make sure to guarantee my clientèle's satisfaction.
They also work for prestigious companies & photographs so their take on what I do is really a good addition to make the most of the work I do.
Here's how prints come :
High quality ink-jet print on thick 180g non-glossy paper.

Prints dimensions (Please read carefully) :
Suggested for American continent : 
_ 12 x 16 inches (250g paper) 
_ 18 x 24 inches (180g paper) 
_ 20 x 30 inches (180g paper) 
_ 24 x 36 inches (180g paper)

Suggested for European countries :
_ A3 format (29,7 x 42 cm  (250g paper)) : Please pick up option "A3 11.7 x 16.5 inches".
_ A2 format (42 x 59.4 cm  (180g paper)) : Please pick up option "A2 16.5 x 23.4 inches".
_ 50 x 70cm  (180g paper) : Please pick up option "50x70cm 19.7x27.56 Inches".
_ 60 x 80cm  (180g paper) : Please pick up option "60x80cm 23.62 x 31.5 Inches".
All prints come with a signature imprint with the Shades of Blue Prints logo, identifying its authenticity.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at carteron.f@gmail.com and send your item to: 17 Rue Louis Thévenet 69004 Lyon, France.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 17 Rue Louis Thévenet 69004 Lyon, France

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
