The Nike Air Command Force was David Robinson's sneaker while at the peek of his career in NBA. Amazing design, with that little touch of forward seeing that sneakers company had back then, which consisted in a way to pump air in the tongue. It was featured in the movie White Men Can't Jump, and everyone had eyes wide open to Woody Harrelson's feet as he happened to be…a pretty bad jumper!
I had a hard time finding the right background color for this one. I had thoughts of a typical 90s flashy pattern, but then it all became clear, the Emerald color is both the color of Wesley Snipes' jersey on the original movie poster, and the second colorway to be released on the Nike Air Command Force.
Then it all made sense.
