Moonrise kingdom is Wes Anderson's cutest movie. Romance with kids is a tough one for film producers, very often they fall out because too naive, too "adultsy", not a proper adventure (isn't love an adventure?)…
Wes Anderson has this sensibility to go beyond and actually try and see how love comes as a kid, seeing through kids eyes in a way.
His 2012 movie is an adventure on earth, water, sky…Everyone would love to be a part of that story.
Plus…it's a Love story. And one to remember of.
Part of a new series that I am just starting in which I will put 2 elements and mingle them in a light, discreet manner.
In this one, I choose to have the movie's color palette as a background to have a reminiscent touch of a kid's notebook.
