The Shins "Rifle Spiral" video.

As much as I will never be able to say how successful this video was, nor did it do any good in terms of sale, nor even if the song itself talks to people, I can truly say that I immediately fell in love when I heard the song, and even more after I saw the video.

An imaginary tale of magicians, tall, blank-looking high powered guys, a bunny and a train put together is the type of combination that sets all ingredients to a beautiful start, but you will need the right people to make it live.

I found this short documentary on the making of the video that I really want you to see. This is fascinating and inspiring, and really, all Shins video come out so good these guys are a gift to the music industry, improving it while not overdoing it.
